Special Bylaws Meeting on Wed. Nov. 4th at OPVRS

On Wednesday, November 4th there will be a special meeting for anyone who has questions or comments about the bylaws update. The update will be posted by November 10th and voted on at the December General Membership Meeting. The meeting will be at OPVRS from 7pm to 8 pm.
