- New Commission member: Adam Shield
- Shore Drive Corridor Plan/Design Guidelines: Project Scope of Work supported by vote to proceed. The project to write updated Shore Drive Design Guidelines is slated to take about a year with extensive community outreach both in person and digitally to gather wide input.
- Application for a Subdivision Variance for 4716 Hook Lane was discussed and tabled as the commission is looking for more information from the applicant.
- Public Works Staff Update: Canoe Sculpture fix slated for September 20. This spreadsheet updates current PW projects. New Information in red. (Example: Ocean Park Beach Replenshment : design and permitting underway. Construction start: 11/15/2027. )
