Board Positions Open for 2027

Our community runs on volunteers like you! We’re kicking off the nomination process for the 2027-29 OPCL Board of Directors, and we want to hear from you.

The positions of President, Vice-President, and Secretary are up for election, and there’s also positions available to support our many committees and events.

Nominating Committee Schedule: 

August Membership Meeting
– Present process for receiving nominations and elections
– Discourage surprise nominations from the floor during the election

September Membership Meeting
– Provide those interested opportunities to talk with the Board
– Schedule any additional “Meet the Board” social events 

October Membership Meeting
– Endeavor that all nominations for positions are received by the beginning of the meeting
– Present the Ballot, in accordance with the Bylaws

November Membership Meeting
– Confirm there are no additional nominations, in accordance with the Bylaws
– Conduct the election
