On Thursday Feb 6th the Ocean Park Civic League unanimously voted to request the OPCL BOD to send a letter to the Mayor & City Council re: Orsted plan for Lesner Municipal Wharf

The current idea has prompted many questions due to its impact on Ocean Park, safety on Shore Drive & the wildly popular Lynnhaven Boat Ramp & Beach Facility.

  1. This was never built for industrial and or construction assembly uses. Strictly infrequent dredging for residential purposes. Also please note that this proposal offers NO compensation to VB. Don

  2. As a boat ramp annual pass holder, I am very concerned about the elimination once again of the overflow trailer parking. I was turned away several times on busy weekends during bridge construction when the paved lot was full. Now I will again not be able to use a privilege that I paid for in advance.
