On the agenda will be fireworks update and also Mr. Mark Rosenfield from McLeskey LLC will give a brief overview of the current plan for the condominium development on Shore Dr. (Marlin Bay). An Open House for the community is planned for later in March. Questions and comments from the community are welcome at the Open House! Plans will be formally submitted to the City in April.
