The Ocean Park Civic League (OPCL) Board of Directors recently discussed Short Term Rental (STR) and Event Homes at our April meeting.

Based on our experience, STRs have not been a problem in Ocean Park.

STRs have operated here for years appropriately, with
landlords who take their hosting responsibilities seriously to maintain the tranquility of a bayfront community.
