Party, Party, Party!
In addition to the cocktail hour benefit for Pleasure House Point, 6 – 9 p.m. at Dockside Restaurant on October 7, we now have another, earlier date and place to party. This Thursday, September 30, Chick’s Oyster Bar, 2143 Vista Circle (down the street from the Lesner) is getting in the party mode as well, also 6 – 9 p.m. Ten percent of the net proceeds from revelers will go to the fund-raising effort to save the woods of Pleasure House Point. The BIG PARTY! Make Your Point! street party on Marlin Bay Drive, October 9, 2010. Live entertainment, ways to get involved, food and Lynnhaven River merchandise to be had. Free to the public, but if you believe that Pleasure House Point should be saved entirely, this is your chance to donate and Make Your Point!
